Brown gave his wife a fresh vote after the fact, now he should at least afford Auckland Super City ratepayers the same (equal opportunity) deal!

If he wins ... move on.

If he loses ... he will have to go! ..... Sorted! ..... the whole country can then move on!

Failure to act decisively and this sore will just fester and fester and finally cost a lot more money than a deciding ballot!

Well Auckland has Lying Len, and New Plymouth has Len Lye centre. In both places the top brass at the council say we're better off with them and eventually the wasted money will all be forgotten and they will be good for the city in the long run.

Funny seeing all the old wrinklies protesting Len over the fact that he was able to get a young, reasonably hot chick on the side for a couple of years, when all they have is a distant memory of what sex is. All the noise over the free or upgraded rooms is merely a cover for the fact that they can't have him sacked for doing what they wish they could.

That's actually amusing in a sad way. The Standard accuses the Herald of being a right wing rag. Whaleoil and the right think the Herald a left wing conspiracy. Is it just possible that the Herald is doing it about right?

Our journalists are not particularly gifted however, Brown accepted more in favours from hotels than some people earn in a year, yet he lives only a short commute away from his office and has a car with driver at his disposal. Sadly for Len I feel there is more bad news to come, but it probably won't come from the Herald.
