All I have concluded from this thread is that video cameras cause crashes.

Boris is right, I never crash when the helmet cam on my helmet and since losing my cam in a house move (it's... somewhere...), I've had a decent off pretty much every ride.

Ouchie! Hopefully the guy is a yoga fanatic and can actually bend that way normally ...

Nice bike too ... wonder why he grabbed a big handful of brake the second time ?

Braking too late and he was heading straight for the camera bike. He would have taken the camera bike out if he didn't grab a handful. I was watching from the hill outside turn 5 and it was a nasty crash.

Yep. Was very obvious from the outset he was getting in waaaaaay too hot. Hope he recovers quickly and well. Not a nice biff.

That's some great advice. It doesn't matter if it is someone who is struggling, or maybe it is a rider that is slow in the corners, but has a much more powerful bike and kills you in the straights, or being caught up in a gaggle of riders that don't poop or get off the pot. A wise move is to just pull into the pits, let them go ahead.... then pull out on some clear track. Like JayGTI said.... you can't win at a trackday, but you CAN lose.
