Had a little bit of interest in my KLX650R when i was trying to sell but my situation has now changed so i'm keeping the old girl and keen for as much riding as possible, Just fitted a new pair of cam chains and a new 5.10 -18 Shinko SR244 to the rear, so if any wants to go for a ride on the weekends let me know.

yeh mate, parked up for a week went to start it, one kick with compression next 50 nothing. valves, cam, decomp moving as norm. but i know a fantastic mechanic i might be able to bribe out of retirement with some amber fluid so all hope isnt lost :LOL:

Saw the surgeon yesterday and got my sling and brace off.
Quite a relief after nearly 4 months.
Only another 3 months now and I will be allowed back on the bike.
Counting down..................
The 510 has gone to a new home, may look at something a bit tamer when I am fully fit again.
