Just Mr and Mrs Average. Nice people who make basic human errors.
If you could get that put into one of those LTSA glossy TV ad's without the overt pigeon holeonisation that only they do then that would be a good legacy to leave behind.
Your a lucky bugger to have worked same job for so long, it will be interesting to see if coaxing a change in riders behaviour without threat of financial sanction, only the risk to their life if they fail to follow your instructions is easier or worse as an instructor.
Good luck, just remember waving people over to side of road without a badge and taking their keys gets you in the news these days, breakin old habits and that

All the best and thanks for being brave enough to come on here to share your views. Most of us really appreciate hearing from someone on the other side of the speeding infringement ticket. You always came across as a good bloke.

Despite that fact that some of us, yes people like me, have failed to mature when it comes to riding and we do at times ride in a manner that may annoy Joe Public and the Police. OK totally annoys, you still put up with us and contributed to discussions. I do respect the tough job you guys have to do and the absolute scum you have to deal with at times. By scum I don't mean us motorcyclists of course, real villains.

All the best for your mid-corner change of direction RC. No more 'better work stories' though. (You can be the Katman of the south!)

Q1) You working as an employee or self employed?

It's more "slagging" the gang you work/d for rather than you.
I'd always have been happy to sit down with you & talk shit over donuts & vodka

    Thank you....

You have been fair and honest and open in a role that a lot of bikers see as the enemy (not me - I think you are a cool cat and appreciate the advice you offered me a couple of years ago when I was in dire straits).

Best of luck and enjoy the change.

From the firm to small business eh?

Good luck mate, although I suspect being able to write off bikes and related costs won't automatically make you a millionaire...
