Yeh..I think so...but the name helped to shame the tosser some more. His only admission of wrong doing being that he killed a protected and named lion..he saw no shame in wanting to kill a wonderful animal - just for fun. He is perverted..but not alone. Many share his passion for the kill for thrill...many here in NZ...but by comparison I see no shame in shooting a feral cat or overpopulated deer..not my choice..but I see no wrong-doing there....but why go and seek out such a handsome animal expressly to end it's life?

I intend to get my Firearms licence and go Deer hunting in the future - with the moral Caveat that I will eat the Deer. I find killing purely for the sake of Killing to be morally corrupt. But I find the court of Public opinion in this case to be equally morally Corrupt.

If there is outage to be had (and I think there is) let us direct it against the system that allows this to happen, rather than the individual that utilised that system.
