No, My point is that IF what was in the 28 pages was as damning as they imply it to be and they are as deeply offended by it as they claim to be and it was concrete evidence that another Sovreign country helped with the 9/11 Attack then they would release it (Edward Snowden springs to mind, The Watergate Scandal springs to mind, Erwin Rommel springs to mind).

History is full of Whistleblowers who when confronted with something that they are fundamentally opposed to and know to be wrong - they stick their neck out.
