There is simple spin and there is media bias on both sides but there is also what trump does.
Donald trump is the epitome of all that is wrong with the world.

Really you have no right wing media in the USA?
anyone would think the rich that own media wold be more prone to right wing. and the rich would bev more likely to own the media.
In January, during the longest government shutdown in America’s history, President Donald Trump rode in a motorcade through Hidalgo County, Texas, eventually stopping on a grassy bluff overlooking the Rio Grande. The White House wanted to dramatize what Trump was portraying as a national emergency: the need to build a wall along the Mexican border. The presence of armored vehicles, bales of confiscated marijuana, and federal agents in flak jackets underscored the message.
But the photo op dramatized something else about the Administration. After members of the press pool got out of vans and headed over to where the President was about to speak, they noticed that Sean Hannity, the Fox News host, was already on location. Unlike them, he hadn’t been confined by the Secret Service, and was mingling with Administration officials, at one point hugging Kirstjen Nielsen, the Secretary of Homeland Security. The pool report noted that Hannity was seen “huddling” with the White House communications director, Bill Shine. After the photo op, Hannity had an exclusive on-air interview with Trump. Politico later reported that it was Hannity’s seventh interview with the President, and Fox’s forty-second. Since then, Trump has given Fox two more. He has granted only ten to the three other main television networks combined, and none to CNN, which he denounces as “fake news.
Nicole Hemmer, an assistant professor of Presidential studies at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center and the author of “Messengers of the Right,” a history of the conservative media’s impact on American politics, says of Fox, “It’s the closest we’ve come to having state TV.”

Hemmer argues that Fox—which, as the most watched cable news network, generates about $2.7 billion a year for its parent company, 21st Century Fox—acts as a force multiplier for Trump, solidifying his hold over the Republican Party and intensifying his support. “Fox is not just taking the temperature of the base—it’s raising the temperature,” she says. “It’s a radicalization model.” For both Trump and Fox, “fear is a business strategy—it keeps people watching.” As the President has been beset by scandals, congressional hearings,
nd even talk of impeachment, Fox has been both his shield and his sword. The White House and Fox interact so seamlessly that it can be hard to determine, during a particular news cycle, which one is following the other’s lead. All day long, Trump retweets claims made on the network; his press secretary, Sarah Sanders, has largely stopped holding press conferences, but she has made some thirty appearances on such shows as “Fox & Friends” and “Hannity.” Trump, Hemmer says, has “almost become a programmer.”
[. Bill Kristol, who was a paid contributor to Fox News until 2012 and is a prominent Never Trumper, said of the network, “It’s changed a lot. Before, it was conservative, but it wasn’t crazy. Now it’s just propaganda.” Joe Peyronnin, a professor of journalism at N.Y.U., was an early president of Fox News, in the mid-nineties. “I’ve never seen anything like it before,” he says of Fox. “It’s as if the President had his own press organization. It’s not healthy.”
nothing has formalized the partnership between Fox and Trump more than the appointment, in July, 2018, of Bill Shine, the former co-president of Fox News, as director of communications and deputy chief of staff at the White House.
So what were the f-horrible obama things the daily gaffs the nepotism etc.
The rest of the world respected Obama.
We all thought Trump was a buffoon even before his candidacy. you only had to watch 5 minutes of his TV show to pick up on that.
On the flip side, Obama was charismatic witty and articulate with a great sense of humor, Yet still Trump manages to provide the world with more to laugh at.

Yeah i did know that, i read a book on him when i was about 14, i also knew he was married to American Democrat royalty (AKA an almost Kennedy) think she was a cousin, who was also a well respected newscaster.
There must have been some rather robust debates on holiday weekends at Camelot.
But the point i was making was Anrie did it all for himself, with no millions of dollars of family support. I might not agree with arnies politics but you have to admire his ability to create all of that from nothing.

Falwell Jr and others have been quoted as saying Trump was sent by God to save the republic. Recently I came across a social media page where all concerned considered Trump was a saviour. In the biblical sense. The real problem is the some of the congenital imbeciles Trump has in his cabinet believe the end days are coming and they see them selves as an instrument of God's will. Pompeo, the Secretary of State, is one such who anticipates 'the rapture' with relish.

To have such people directly influencing an ignorant, mentally ill president, who is also suffering senile dementia at an accelerating rate is a scary thought.

    Now I have an earworm

Some say the end is near
Some say we'll see Armageddon soon
    Certainly hope we will
I sure could use a vacation from
This bullshit three ring circus sideshow

    [Chorus]
Of freaks here in this hopeless fucking hole we call L.A
The only way to fix it is to flush it all away
Any fucking time, any fucking day
Learn to swim, see you down in Arizona Bay

    [Verse 2]
Fret for your figure and fret for your latte and
Fret for your lawsuit and fret for your hairpiece and
Fret for your Prozac and fret for your pilot and
Fret for your contract and fret for your car
It's a bullshit three ring circus sideshow

    [Chorus]
Of freaks here in this hopeless fucking hole we call L.A
The only way to fix it is to flush it all away
Any fucking time, any fucking day
Learn to swim, see you down in Arizona Bay

    [Bridge]
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
    Hey, hey-ah, hey, hey, hey-ah
    Hey, hey-ah, hey

    [Verse 3]
Some say a comet will fall from the sky
Followed by meteor showers and tidal waves
Followed by fault lines that cannot sit still
Followed by millions of dumbfounded dipshits
And some say the end is near
Some say we'll see Armageddon soon
    I certainly hope we will
I sure could use a vacation from this
Stupid shit, silly shit, stupid shit
One great big festering neon distraction
I've a suggestion to keep you all occupied
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
'Cause Mom's gonna fix it all soon
Mom's coming 'round to put it back the way it ought to be

    [Instrumental]

    [Verse 4]
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Fuck L Ron Hubbard, and fuck all his clones
Fuck all these gun-toting hip gangster wannabes
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Yeah, fuck retro anything, fuck your tattoos
Fuck all you junkies, and fuck your short memory
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Yeah, fuck smiley glad-hands with hidden agendas
    Fuck these dysfunctional insecure actresses
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim
Learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim, learn to swim

    [Verse 5]
    'Cause I'm praying for rain
    I'm praying for tidal waves
I want to see the ground give way
I want to watch it all go down
Mom, please flush it all away
I want to see it go right down
I want to watch it go right in
Watch you flush it all away

    [Verse 6]
Yeah, time to bring it down again
Yeah, don't just call me pessimist
Try and read between the lines
    And I can't imagine why you wouldn't
    Welcome any change, my friend
I want to see it come down
    Bring it down
    Suck it down
    Flush it down

    [Outro]
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
    Hey, hey, hey, hey

L.A is past saving, it has to be flooded. This is a biblical reference to God flooding… read

To be fair it was a very small limo not parked directly in front of the plane
The Secret service agent needs a kicking for letting the others in the outside exposed to possible gunfire door.

Trump is highly intelligent but only if you compare him to a pre neolithic village leader from 20,000 years ago.

Trump is not a fan of wind power generation. He tried to stop a windfarm being built in the sea off one of his Scottish golf courses. He lost the case and costs were awarded against him. Three hundred thousand odd quids worth. Apparently he has told the British government that if they pursue the debt that would be harmful to UK/US relations. You could file that under corruption.

Trump's mental condition is deteriorating at an accelerating rate. Doctors have been moved to comment on social media and that's a first that I have seen. He now frequently has no idea where he is or why he's there. Apparently old clips of him speaking do not show the incoherent word salad that he dishes up today. And don't forget he has the nuclear codes.

The other day Trump was advised that the House Ways and Means Committee had requested six years worth of his tax returns. He waffled on before saying he was not disposed to release them. He has no say, they haven't requested them from him, they've requested them from the IRS as they are entitled to do by law. Of course, Mnuchin who overseas the tax department is a Trump appointee so there could be a fight. The Ways and Means committee may have an odd name but basically they are in charge of all government income and expenditure, thus they have seriously heavyweight powers.

He may have lost hundreds. Most he threatens don't actually happen. Bill Maher said Trump's father was an orangutan and Trump made loud noises about how he was taking him to court. He may have even consulted a lawyer, but it would have been a lost cause and it never happened.

Also that windfarm thing is only recent, as in the last month or so.
