We can be reasonably assured it wasn't a conspiracy, it's a while ago but the speech was co written with a long time Trump employee IIRC. There is software available to prevent speechwriters from inadvertent plagiarism but in this ongoing farce of a Whitehouse they were not using it.

Steven Miller who writes some of Trump's speaches has included Hitler quotes - but that's different, that's not inadvertent.

Then again, it's quite possible Melania thought nobody would notice. She has form. Hillary Clinton had a programme called "Be Better". Melania's signature programme is called Be Best. I wonder where she got that idea? At least HC's programme title was in English.

Ok, ok, time to set you straight. There are very few people in the world who believe that Obama was born outside the USA. It has been proven time and again that he was born in Hawaii.
