Even if Trump is defeated - and at the time of writing this it's by no means certain - don't think he's going to go away quietly.
Some pundits are picking he'll continue campaigning. The rallies are oxygen to him - and his supporters. They won't just disappear either.
There's a good possibility he'll set up a "president in opposition" movement. The sycophantic Republicans could well stick to him and support it too.
There's always been a dark side to the American psyche - racism is still rampant - and he both feeds this side and feeds off it.
There's only two avenues to stop him. Gaol or a bullet. He's likely to run to avoid prison so a "President in exile" could happen too.
It's a long way from over.
The Trump/Republican position seems to be:
Democrats are trying to steal the election!
Pennsylvania needs to stop counting.
Arizona needs to keep counting.
Wisconsin needs to start recounting.

Probably already been said (havent been following threads here for a while) but how many Trumpers are packing themselves over the prospect of either an acting or actual woman - and a woman of colour no less - Commander in Chief if Joe Biden is incapacitated after being installed as POTUS.![]()
