The Combustion engine can't do this because it needs oxygen and fuel to create an explosion,

EVs don't need this , I thought you guys were biking experts on how engines worked?
Rich Rebuilds (YT channel) bought a flood damaged Tesla (IIRC out of New Orleans after a major flood there). Pulled the motor apart and showed the tide mark inside the motor housing. My recollection is that he was using bits from a crashed one to rebuild the flood damaged one. Tesla were NOT helpful. To the point where they singled out his vehicle and denied it access to their Superhcharger network. Generally being Apple level dickheads. Thats one of the reasons I didnt buy one last year. Wouldnt sell him parts or do anything to help him with the project. He has another video where he repairs a customer Tesla for some small amount of money that Tesla were going to charge $16k for.

I did warn you all that I am smarter than you, so that's all done and dusted, I respectfully ask the moderators of this wonderful site to close the comments section and close off the racist poll accompanying this thread, as I have obviously won the debate.

There is no longer any debate or challenge and Al Bundy is easily bored.

Goodbye and good luck and all Hail our lord and saviour Elon Musk x .
NOW I remember why you're on my ignore list. Still, 7 pages is not a bad innings.

    Electric cars are wrong!

One thing that's interesting is that Tesla are never making motorcycles. If eMotorbikes can get fast charging in 5mins or less and a couple of hundred km ranges, who cares about Tesla?

I saw that one....it's all about the money and the money equals power and when one man has a lot of power he fucks things up for everyone else.

    This is one such.

The connector where the coolant enters the battery is plastic. The connector is also somewhat exposed under the car so that if you run over something hard it can break the plastic connector. The Tesla remedy is a new NZ$20, 000 plus battery pack. There is a clip showing a mechanic cut iff the damaged connector and instal a simple pipe union. Reconnect - job done.

Meanwhile in NZ: The Model Y’s pricing has seen more modest change, with the entry-level grade now priced from $75,900 (a $300 price cut) and the dual-motor Performance priced from $105,900 (a $3000 price cut). The move ends a series of steady price increases given to the Model 3 in particular, with the most affordable model’s retail price increasing by almost $8000 between July of 2021 and June of 2022.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

Tesla price is 70k for base model 3 not included is the tax credit of 8k or fuel savings.

So 62k ish or 52k ish with fuel savings

For those of you who don't understand business and how profit margins works which seems like most of you, each price cut opens further market share with each price reduction captures each income bracket until you eventually own the entire market as prices continue to fall and your competitors go bankrupt.

I've noticed the commodity prices, on which Tesla tech is based are skyrocketing, lithium, cobalt etc. Not being in a position to question your authority on Tesla, Musk or the share markets (I can see, touch and spend my capital investments) I, nevertheless, am very interested to see how this pans out.

Seeing Elon make history by losing more money than anyone who has gone before him does not incline me to think that it will end well.

    Some interesting reading. https://www.hotcars.com/defunct-car-...y-they-failed/
