Shit I was thinkin of gettin the old Z1 out an coming for the first time.

Was out on her today but got caught in the rain. Bloody rain! Don't mind riding in the rain but I friggin hate havin to clean the old girl.

Hey lost licenses, bandages, tickets whoooa sounds like a hells angels ride

Cum on then some one tell us the full story!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

What you say about SH16/peak/old north is true. No one was doing 200kmh though.

In all honesty though, the cop in the Euro Accord is a Nazi fucking cunt. He gives us all tickets, yes they were speeding etc, but he was on a mission... he didnt explain sweet fuck all to anyone, just took their licences and filled out the paper work, didn't even say what they were getting pulled for.

He then had the arrogance to plant his foot and speed through the 50kmh zone, he wasn't on the way to an accident or anything, and didn't have his lights on. What he did was an exhibition of acceleration, and part of it was sustained loss of traction as he did a U-turn. He also passed on double yellows without his lights on.

If you are a cop and are going to pull us over for whatever we did wrong, then I have no problem with that, but when you act like a complete cock, and have stated before that you do not like bikes and will ticket their riders for anything given the chance then you are doing nothing but being a disservice to the police force and lining the pocket of the government. If he's acts like he is above the law then he is running double standards and needs a reality check. If he wants to drive around the way he does then he needs to take it to the track just as much as any of us.

With my ticket it is a very close call, and if you take all in to consideration (i.e the safety of my passing, not speeding, indicating, and conducting 99.9% of the pass on broken white lines, then surely a warning is more just than a ticket.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

OK... so he doesn't like bikes... and you don't like him... sounds like a fair swap - does that make you more right than him? Or the fact there are more bkes than cops - does that sway the moral imperative?

NOPE. If you did wrong you pay the fine.
If he did wrong you make sure it's reported.

Na mate - sorry... but it's not a complex issue. An emotional one - yes. Complex... no.

The issue is that the policeman was partaking in illegal activities.

OK so ... to paraphrase. . You can bitch about a cop doing something bad and hold him accountable. And he can do the same right?

So... at the risk of repeating myself... what's the issue?

Well I don't know anything about last night as I wasn't there, but in my case I believe the copper pulled a number outta the air and was themselves committing an illegal act.

The law applies to the police as well, contrary to what they may think.

Its because that ride takes the same or similar route almost every Thursday night mate, and it has proved to be a lucrative ticket issuing time of the week. You ever seen a cat watching a mouse hole? Easy target, and it seems some of you played mouse with the cat!

Apparently some folk take a wee bit longer to come to that conclusion

    Stop arguing! It wont help

This ride and cop attention is a complete no brainer IMHO. Hahaha from me to the ones that got pinged last night! Sorry chaps, but be a dickhead, or get unfairly ticketed makes no odds to me, you would have to be completely stupid to risk anything on the ATNR.
