That's absolutely hideous. The poor girls are victims of a disease society created - it didn't exist 50 - 100 years ago. Stupidly they way they look there they still think they're too fat. Much bigger girls have died of malnutrition even this year trying to slim down as models.

When I had a friend dying in hospital a couple of years ago and I was basically living at the hospital - there were 2 girls in there for anorexia - yep they looked like the above photos - without makeup.

geez, i'm more or less at a happy weight for my size, of course it would be nice to drop about 5kgs, but i'd never want to be a bag of bones... REAL women have CURVES, not boney outcroppings... I support people who are not aftraid to have a little bit of love handle (however, in saying that, theres a difference between curvey and fat) ...

These girls have serious mental issues.....treatment is scarse/under resourced at best, the best they can do for most girls is get them to put on a bit of weight....but their headspace is still fucked
