Riding with one arm is dangerous and shouldn't be considered.

Now now Frazee don't start being silly!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

When I broke my shoulder the test for me was whether I could emergency stop or not. Until I could push forward on the handlebars with full strength and bent elbows I stayed off the road.

I wouldn't risk making things worse if I was in your position.

Check out some motorcycle vlogs while you're laid up. Worked for me. Well kinda helped anyway.

Did it 2weeks after I got out of hospital after having my elbow rebuilt & was wearing a hinged cast and rode 40kms to a post-operation check-up/x-ray then rode home again

    Wouldn't recommend doing it though

A dislocated is weak enough at 1st and will always be weak afterwards so you don't want to make it worse than it has to be.
