so...let me get this straight. you're a one eyed, dress wearing mouse with a penchant for raiding asian households?
the picture is just an image like yours if you compare me to that then you have a very little mind, no i do not raid households but if thats what you like to think with your pea sized brain then please continue as it might give you some pleasure, simple things amuse simple minds please dont try to think about it too long its obviously beyond your intelligence.

For $30k+ i'd be buying a piece of art like a Duc 1098 or a F4 MV....can't understand the attraction to a 300kg+ piece of cast iron
    Still takes all sorts

Each to there own mate, i mean if we all liked some stuff, boring world wouldn't bikes all be the same.

Many people who own harleys would say wouldn't touch a duc or mv, all that plastic/carbon fibre,

plastic and carbon fibre, yeah too modern I suppose.
They'd prefer twigs, horseshit and straw with possibly a little iron thrown in for good measure

Envy by those feeling inadequate, I suppose . HD marketing of the image is one of the most successfull business plans in the world. Yet the whole image is based about being a 1 percenter, and most of the HOG type riders will only use parts off the "Wall of chrome". What ever happened to the individual who used parts from what ever he could find even jap bike parts like brake callipers just to make his bike different and work better.
Plus your a better tougher more real biker if you hate harleys, ask someone who hasn't got a bike they will back you up.
Take one for a serious ride and then make an informed comment about them. They are not track bikes, so don't compare them against them. Take a look at the detail in them it is displayed not hidden by covers, and chrome is so easy to clean.

I ride a GN250 - and no bastard nods or waves to me. So now I hate all bikes other than GN250's (red ones - not black)

I did try waving once holding my hands up above my head but I almost fell off.

Damn I was going to start a thread about what 250 bike would suit which religious denomination and what wave they could use to identify their faith with!

You friggin stirrer only the other day, I was out witnessing on my 250 harley look a like, and I waved at this guy on a scooter, who had his knee down going past my local school, who got pulled over by this cop. Helen is going to hear about this.

So now that the thread has gone well and truly off topic we can conclude that in the main the impression that other bikers hate Harley's is, in fact, false.

Many of us can't afford them, most of us don't want one but very few people actually feel enough emotion on the subject to actually hate them.

Another fantastic piece of qualitative research by the entity that is Kiwi Biker.

Because there is, quite clitorally, a lack of stimulation... besides - not every chick likes to wear a strap on!
