Talk to me about the plaque if Formica doesn't spin your wheels. I do work for a signage company or two... May even be able to include Fatjims avatar image of Bruce.

Now that would be pretty cool!
Some sort of embossed-relief type thing eh?
"If life gives you a shit sandwich..." someone please complete this expression
Doing a good job Trudes! Fatjims Avatar pic would be awesome.. (if its the one taken in the mist). Not sure of what else you would want to put on it, but what you suggested sounds great. Which way to face the seat? Gosh have no idea. Would be nice if it is positioned not to far from the carpark where we park the bikes.
Let me know if you want some help with anything trudes. The unveiling on the Sunday sounds good too.

I was thinking this one
All sounds good guys!!
What are you thinking the plaque would be made of Skunk?
I like the idea of facing the seats in a bit of a V, or maybe a U facing the carpark so we can sit and admire our bikes under a tree (ahhh). Just a thought.
Thanks Mel, I know to hound ya if I need you to do something, you're a gem!!![]()
I'll discuss with you on Saturday. We do everything from 'wet floor' tents to huge vinyl banners (11 metres or more).
But I was thinking of printed adhesive vinyl on alloy plate.
Yea thats what I was thinking, somewhere we can sit admire the bikes, talk a lot crap about our bikes, and remember bruce/s. Under a tree on a nice summers day... wuvly. In a V would be great!!!
Anytime.. you can hound me. Can talk about it Saturday night too if I manage to get there.![]()

Trudes! You're doing an awesome job! Well done that woman!! :
A couple of suggestions - how about something like:
"In remembrance of Uncle B (Bruce Hannaford). He will always ride with us. 3 Dec 2006."
I'm certainly happy to go with whatever everyone thinks is appropriate but, I was thinking that we all knew Bruce as Uncle B and having the date would also help in years to come when we're all on motorised scooters and our memory is a bit hazy.
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.
