Guy I know in christchurch got caught doing something similar except hed slow right down(in an mr2 not on a bike). Ended up in court on something like 14 cases where hed been caught and suspicion of lots more. Got a reasonable amount of pd from it. Plus a lot of embarassment

Actually many years ago when I was a young lad I heard about a bloke in another group of guys that broke his arm in several places slapping something stationary (not human) out the window of a moving car. I agree with kevfromcoro it is dangerous.

I used to work with a guy who was missing an arm from the elbow down.
He was out in a car with some mates, they were driving down the road and he was hanging out the rear window executing letter boxes with a softball bat.
He missed one, so leaned out a bit further to get the next one, at the same time the driver also swerved in to get him a bit closer.
The impact shattered the bones so badly they had to take the arm off.
Amazing how much difference the extra speed makes to an impact don't yah think
