    Well its been anounced officially that we are out of the MXoN for this year. I'm gutted, this is the big race I look forward to all year!

    well congrats to the NZ riders anyway, its just the way the cookie crumbled and thats racing.
    BT did well to have the third fastest time in practise anyways.

    Need to have it like the rugby.
    The top guys sit out the first 12 weeks of the season

    And make them race wrapped in cotton wool for the rest of the season.

    And lets not forget the man that pushed him into being that fastest rider this year. Without Ben providing the competition RV would probably not have lifted his game so much this season.

    100% correct

    I heard a conversation with Bones (pro Circuit Suspension Guru) he had never done so much work during the season, but this year both BT and RV kept going faster and faster and both wanting to test more and more to gain an advantage that he had been flat out all season testing new setups,

    Yeah. Bring on next year. The Kiwis had the goods - but not the luck (or the timing). And there is ALWAYS a fair bit of luck reqd.

    Next year they will still have the goods.
