10g - bloody hell, you can get two good reliable bikes for that money, i.e. a chalk one and a cheese one.
Why not....?

Thats what I thought when I read that, TL, sweet bike for parts etc and plenty down low. There's a 650 (bored to 700) SM at Wild West Honda at the mo'. Sooo tempted but no place for the lady on the back. Would be fun for africa! All road legal, upgraded front brake, custom Ti pipe etc.
I'm selling my new riding gear!! Only worn a few times get a deal Kiwibikers!!

The gsx750 is probably a great "real world" bike that'll do 1000 of miles of relatively trouble free motocycling. You know, a sleeper everyone raves about as being boring but is anything but. Cheap, underated, reliable and owner servicable. What more could anyone want?
Disks were probably affected by salt on pom winter roads. Another factor to consider when buying it. As mentioned get out and try a selection of bikes. Its fun.
37,000kms pfffffff, chicken feed. I've got two inline fours with over 130,000kms up. I do understand the v-twin and single angle though. Isn't it nice to have a choice?
