It was, and I'm sorry for being short and answering in public and not PMing you back, I'm a single dad of a four year old boy at the moment and my patience has taken a bit of a beating as of late.

Anyway, back to what maters.
Like I said some of the chassis things are neither here nor there. The RG would probably be the better handling chassis but would represent the biggest challenge to getting the XL motor in. And since I've had an RG that is still actually an RG I now have a real soft spot for them, so don't go cutting up that red one!
The big tube spine frame of the MB would be much easier. Really all you have to do is make a different version of that mounting plate it already has.
The CB125T motor fitted in there nice and neat. You just have to make it sit a bit lower. I'll dig out that front down tube for you, it will all become obvious once you see it.

If you do use a coby please use a descent length pipe at least 1000mm total but preferably longer other wise it'll be flat as a turd, like half those boy racer cars you're into!

Nah the red one is my Brothers bike and yeah it aint being cut up.... Its my old shitta. but Yeah I think Ill use the MB chassis as it is easier to hack up. Meaning make some new mounting plates shouldnt be to hard, And just use some RG forks and wheels, as The thing is I need to find alot of bits for that MB to make it 100% so if I can use some partsi havelying here and makeit good it should work.......

No doubt that it does but can your car smoke its tyres all the way around the Slipway? I think not.
