If a village is in danger of being buried in an Avalanche they take protective measures to make sure it doesn't happen. Walls, proactive avalanche control, warning systems etc.

They don't just sit back and enjoy the time they have left and hope it doesn't happen.

It's all well seeing the good in everything and living on faith, but real strength is seeing how good things can be and doing all you can to make real change.
