around the bays on the other side of the port hills there's that corner that seems to go beyond 360 degrees and you start to wonder where the exit is....there's 1 or 2 of these and I'm sure you all know them.

the first head pin up dyers pass from the lyttelton side, the concrete corner, gotta have your revs and gears ready though.

140 is still resonably safe...160 is getting too quick for me...if i had a bigger bikei could go faster...but the 250 cant push me tight round the corners like a big bike can...

because when the 250 dirfts if doesnt have enough grunt to sustain it...so it tries to highside ya.

Hmmm, I like the shape of that corner but I go around it every day and I can tell you that that has to be one of the slipperiest known to man. Every truck leaving the abatoir or quarry thats not going up the line goes around that corner , and we all know what they leave behind.
I won't go into details but the work truck doesn't go around that corner with the wheels in line to often.

Apart from that you named all the rest in Welly, bugger.

But you've missed all the dinky little back road corners.
May not be knee down(I don't do that on the road, big lean angles on the road are not your friend) but any corner that promotes a light front end on the exit before coming upright well now your talking

On the Makara hill side coming back into Karori about a third of the way up if the little left/right flip flop that transitions across the road camber.
Second gear exit left hard throttle flick the bike right, big wheelie off the hump throw it down into the next right. Magic!

I even found a little place where an FJ1300 front wheel left the ground for some toime in between a couple of corners

Because the speed you see on the straight before you brake for the corner is not the speed you take the corner at. And i dont think you have the skill to take any of those corners at those speeds, looking at your speedo without losing control.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

    60ms = 600 meters in 10 seconds

600 meters in 10 seconds multiplied by 6 gives us meters in 1 minute which is 3600m or 3.6km a minute.

multiply that by 60 and you get the kph

    which is 3.6 x 60...3 lots of 60 is 180...60 lots of .5 is 30 plus 60 lots of .1 must be 6 which makes 36 plus the 180 = 216kph

all in my head...calculator says I'm right.

Jeez he'd be doing 215 by the time you'd figured it that way!
    Try this:
60 metres is .06 of a kilometer times 3600 the number of seconds in an hour.
Then you'd be able to concentrate on getting your knee down and not doing maths!
