Hark ... I heard my name - ...Triumph club, yeah yeah!

Missed the ride this week, I've been negotiating the windy Island up North. Back to Chch to dust my beauty off for the weekend - poor baby, shut up inside and left all alone and neglected.

I second Fireliv - I'm enjoying the Wednesday night rides, good confidence builder and it's great to have something to look forward to. I don't mind too much that people have different levels of skill. We were all beginners once

Hope to be there next week!

Phoenix and I went for a ride yesterday with some people from work to the bealey pub. Just happened that the Triumph club (Karla you'll be in on that) were also doing the same ride at the same time so we joined forces.
I was the only 250cc rider there, and though I was nearing the back of the pack I was not left behind. What the others had in the straights, I made up for in the corners. My lines were nice and my confidence has come along way since I started riding with the wed group. I felt heaps better, so for me the wed rides have been a great help so I will be eager the keep advancing on that.

Yeah thanks everyone, was a great ride, first time over there on the 11 and very enjoyable...aside from a couple of corners where I went in a little too hot...perhaps a little too quick while I'm still getting used to the bike.

Feels good growing into the bike more and more, the potential of the machine is beyond mine. I heard her whisper to me "come on, let's follow them" as the SV650 and Ducati flashed past down the hill to Little River...I replied "no, no, no, no, no". :-)
If it ain't broke...fix it till it is!!

Yeah I had a great ride!! (Sorry Dave)

I'm loving the new tyre. It just feels so much smoother and more responsive which makes me feel more confident. Tis goooood.

I had a blast over the hill. Sorry to those I overtook on the way over. I really needed a leak so I was in a hurry to get to the pub!!

It was good to meet ya Jen. I'm looking forward to the training weekend.

You guys didn't get to see my bug collection from around the island from our road trip. There were bugs upon bugs. I cleaned it all off last weekend and I tell you what - there were bugs in every possible place you could imagine. Even inside the rims!!

EDIT: Woohoo!! Back to 1,000 posts
