I am one of the evil cagers that sit in the right hand lane on the motorway doing between 100 - 110k's and I will not move over to the left, half the time as if i did I would be just moving back and forward all the bloody time because of others doing 90k's
I also live on the north shore and go out south auckland alot so its easier just to stay in the right hand lane, and the speed limit is 100, if you going faster than me at 110 then you can bloody wait.

If i get someone that is sitting on my butt in a car, I have no problem slamming on my breaks to get you to back off, if that does not work i will then find a car to the left of me doing 90 and I will slow down to 90.

If you want to drive/ride up the motorway at 110+ then do it in the middle of the night when there is no one else around.

Oh this is for cars however i tend to move to let bikes pass lol

    Is she bigger than you?

So you're an arrogant cunt then?
You won't be upset if I happen to encounter you and my bike "seem to flick a rock up off the road way" as I pass.
This seems to happen quite often.

What happened to common courtesy for all road users?

How do you know that the cage you are so self righteously holding up isn't in fact driven by a motorcyclist?
Motorcyclists are not any better/worse than other road users, have no more/less entitlement to courtesy than other road users.

You, Sir, are a tosser of the first order!

And a prime example of the arrogance to which the OP is referring. Twat!

First impression was to get angry with this poster but that won't help him see the error of his ways.

PLEASE... just let people past regargless of whether they are driving or riding. To quote Billy Connelly "If I pass you, please don't take it personally". Changing lanes really isn't that inconvenient and will probably only improve your overall road observation skills (it gives you somthing to do which in turn helps to prevent daydreaming)

If enough of us do it it may start to catch on!

It is your duty to have your vehicle up to standard and a speedo reading 10% out is not going to prevent you getting a ticket. You will just be told that you should get your speedo recalibrated...at your expense, of course.
    Right, back on topic now...
go back to school little girl

Law accounts for ten percent at whatever speed you are going,so in a 50km zone you have 5 kmh tolerance

    100 you have 10 kmh

It used to be 10 kmh but now works on percent

That does still NOT excuse your speedo being out by 10%.
Try using that as a defence when the rozza gets you....."My speedo isn't accurate, Sir."
See how you get on then, little boy!

Hmmmmm can you let me know when you give it a go? I would like to watch...

I have actually been in a signwritten Holden Ute when the driver suffered a bit of road rage at the Haywards lights (heading Sth), after initally overtaking a vehicle that had been plodding along in the outside lane, the driver obviously took umbrage at being passed and retaliated by overtaking us again and slowing right down level with the motorised shopping cart in the left lane (about 85k in a signed 100k area).

After a couple of k's of being dicked around, and coming upon the lights at Haywards that had just flicked green, 'my' driver then lane split between the two vehicles ....

Generated some interesting discussion if nothing else.....

So when someone says something you dont agree with you start to call them names, seems like someone has a little growing up to do.

And how can i be holding anyone up when i am going between 100 and 110 when the posted limited is 100k's an hour, it people want to travel at over 110 k's then they should be doing it on a race track and not on a road/motorway. There is no such thing as a fast lane on the motorway in new zealand.

The speed limit is 100. If you think it is okay for you to exceed it by travelling at up to 110, why should it be so wrong for someone else to exceed it by another 5 kph?
I'm sure their driving skills would be the equal of yours.
