I dunno what your quota is meant to be - but if the point of your post is to intimate there aren't quotas, please can you let that bloke at the top know ... Howard Broad's already admitted they exist - just not using the word 'quota'.

Seeing cops continually harp on about how quotas / performance targets / customer contacts / [insert management bullshit here] are merely a figment of the public's imagination is getting really tiring.
