    Insanity bins it

Well after reading about Skel I feel a bit like an impostor but I took my second bin in 15 years tonight. Was coming round the Wingate round about going from Stokes Valley to Taita (not fast either)and a car on the left made to pull out in front of me and stopped half way across the lane.Managed to avoid said stupid bitch on the left but over corrected to avoid the round about itself and hit the footpath on the left landing my bike on its side. What is of real concern comes next NOBODY STOPPED! The car behind me slowed down and took a look then sped off, the stupid bitch in the white commodore who caused it wheelspun off north up the mad mile and here was I trying to lift my bike up off me.

So feeling scraped up and sore. Bikes not bad (rode it home), still in one reasonably straight piece. Smashed the left front indicator, bent the footpeg and the gear shift and a scrape on the tank. So do you all think I should report this? Stupidly my wof is out by three weeks and I didn't get the commodores license plate. My Jackets stuffed but it served its purpose admirably. So yeah not feeling bulletproof at the moment.

Ahh crapola ... glad to hear you ain't seriously banged up ... what a pack of pricks to just leave you like that, and that biatch in the cage will get karmic retribution big time.

Was it a residential address she pulled out? Have a snuftee around and ask them if they know the plonker?

No point reporting it.. you could well get done yourself and there isn't much the coppers can do about it.

Glad to hear you're mostly okay though and they should be easy fix's on the bike.

Bugger mate. Pity about the Warrant, otherwise I woul be inclined to report itjust for future reference. People who leave accident scenes are frowed upon by the authorities, it's right up there in motoring's serious offences.

Mainly, I'd make sure that your knecaps aren't going to fall off or anything ... just establishes for ACC that the accident happened and if later there are issues, you're sweet.

Glad to hear that you are not too badly hurt. Personally I would report it just to cover yourself for ACC or such like things going forward. She'll get hers somewhere/sometime!
Why would anyone choose to drive a car!

First bin, a couple in a ute behind me stopped even though I was up and moving by then.
Recent bin, the woman following right behind who saw it happen kept on driving past me and GIJoe1313 waiting just up the road.

Oh mate, it is so bad to hear that people will look at someone who has just had a crash and just drive on. What is wrong with people?!?

Glad to hear that you aren't too badly hurt, though.
