I was thinking the engine was borrowed from a steam roller?

Yep, it was close. Last year was a tough time also. Feeling better these days.

I can definitely hear tops coming off as well.

The basic facts are that they don't handle, don't go, and don't stop! The only reasonable grounds for appealing are size and cosmetics(how it looks). Actually that describes most of another way-more-expensive brands products as well. They supposedly aren't doing too bad sales wise either.

Since it was brought up I may as well comment on the 10+year old 250/4s. They do have the power(when they actually run) and seem to handle OK, especially considering the age, but the actual cost of ownership, taking into account highly likely workshop costs, must be right up there I would think, and god forbid if something actually breaks - just toss it in the bin, or turn it into a bucket racer.

All comments are based on up close first-hand observations.

    Being a mod...

Hey, ahh, this thread's getting dangerously close to just blatant trolling. Please cut it out. Debate, by all means.

Ok personally not a fan of the hyosungs, not when 125 2strokes give as much power and better handelling, but im nt gona go on the bike and its pit falls, insted......

the sell it as a 'race bike' do they race them??? is there a class where these race??? calling an rs125 or mito or rgv a race bike, cool cus they were/are raced in professional bike racing.

Does any one know if these hyo's are raced in class some where??? If not i say false advertising

But is the build quality any worse than a gixxer ? I mean, do the frames crack ?

OK it's not a race bread weapon, but it is still a "sport" bike, and what determines it as that? It must have some "racing" qualities. Like the looks.

I suppose you could have a race series if they were all the same model.

Right...this sounds like some kind of challenge....who's keen for starting up a n00b-Twins race meet.

Open to all 2cyl 4stroke bikes.

i think they mean it has wheels?

To all those getting up in arms defending their hyobags as 'not shit' etc... i never said they were shit. I was just pointing out that they certainly aint no 'race' bike as they have been described.

Untie the not in your panties and chill out a bit!

So if i put race fairings on my GN250 does the in turn make it saleable as a race bred machine?
