    Welcome to KB Mr Jekyll.

Ahem, wind issues? (mental note to self not to follow the Dr).

Have missed the last couple of rides, have had a twinge in my neck / shoulder and was hoping it would get better by itself, but finally am going to have it looked at next week. Might be a good excuse to get a masseuse ~ lol. I get withdrawal symptoms every time I hear a bike go past!

it tends to be my night to look after my little boy so I'll see if I can come to an arrangement if you are continuing through Winter night hours...

Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Next time I just gotta learn to be a bit more cautious and slow down.
A carpark with cones (along with fun & friendly professional instruction.. ) will make the world of difference.. shall I put your name on the list... (see thread below..)
