Road rage incident

was crusin down border rd henderson,came up behind a rogers earthworks 4x4 ute
moari dude in side talking on cell phone doin 40k/hr
over take and pull up in front off him
the fuka starts abusing me ,gets so close i could touch his ute...........pulls up beside me on my left and starts acting like hes gunna wipe me out

fuk this ,i chop down 2 or 3 and im gone ,overtaking two cars to split...
this fuka has passed these two cars as well and is coming for me,right up my ass still abusing me........
we pull up to round a bout and hes on my left again "you fukn white piece of shit ,fuk you azzhole ,what the fuk you think your doin ....etc etc
by this time im goin OFF as well,fukn call me a white piece of shit will he

so we take off up forrest hill road and hes all over me again with his ROGERS earthworks ute
enoughs enough...............
i pull over to stop and what do you know so does he..........
ive just got my stand down and he comes running towards me still abusing me..........
i get off me bike and think f this im gettin in first so ...bang,bang biff smash hes got 4 or 5 in the head with my bike gloves on with the kevlar hard as nails bit on them.......
hes swing back at me its all on.
witnesses turn up in cool the situation down while cops turn up

anyway,end of story im done for assault and hes getting done for disturbing the peace,and dangerous driving.
hope the coont gets his license takn off him ......

What an a**hole. Hope he does lose license. You could always complain to the race relaions conciliator but they might say you got even

Cant use cell phones unless they are on handsfree kits, if a customfleet vehicle etc as well

hope you get off on self defence or diversion or something. how can you get done for assault when u got some wanker ready to have a go at you... that sucks

a few years ago i had a similar situation and got off on diversion - thats unless you have already used it

hope the fucker is nursing a sore head now. at least your knuckles were padded

What a wanker, lucky that he didnt hit you with his ute while you were riding. You'd have been much worse off! You should've head butted him with your helmet on as well. That would've made the assault charge worth it!

yeah might be worth getting a lawyer if u can. No doubt you stopped because you figured it would be safer than being run off the road or hitting a power pole......

(I'm not slagging out your actions, been there myself actually. But having an assault charge against you can restrict opportunities. Next time, count to ten, an get on with life).

Yep, agreed, should have let him hit you first, then the rest is self defence, using only appropriate force of course.
