When motorcyclists treat public roads like their private racetracks

So how would we feel if a group of spotty boy racers got together in their WRX's and Evo whatevers, and decided to do the Coro loop in the shortest time possible?

Sounds to me like a perfect opportunity to give some cagers "the learn".

Katman, who pissed on your cornflakes today?

The only problem with motorcyclists zooming past far above the speed limit that is they are harder to hit with a pinecone thrown from behind the hedge.
Boy-racers are easier to hit because they travel in convoys of many cars, so there's time to hear the racing engines, run outside, find a pinecone, and get a good invisible spot behind the hedge.
You just hiff the cone over the hedge and it falls directly down onto the car, the boy-racers think it has just fallen from the tree.

Of course he does as far as double standards go, I think motorcyclists invented them

So the crux of your argument is - one (or two) dead is better than four dead?

Yeah where as the single bike accidents that seem so common only kill the motorcyclist

It gives the cops something easy to chase, plus they get to give out a a load of tickets on one go!

    I said "packs of "
because its that pack mentality that takes over
where everyone involved is of one mind to cause havoc.
regaurdless of vehicle, bike or car, still a pack
A pack of outlaws on horses was common before the advent of cars, so its not a new social problem just one that can travel faster and do more damage.

yes, when a bike falls, its can be only the rider who is directly injured, but the rider, if it is a speeding offence related accident, is responcibile for his action.
When a boy racer crashes, it can be many injuries, driver, passengers, But the passengers can have little or no impact as to what is happening, ok, they can refuse to ride with the driver, personal choice and all that, but many innocent passengers are killed in speed related incidents.
    Tell me
how can they be compared as being the same?
200kg of bike seldom does as much damage as 1500kg of car at 160kph!

You seem to be missing the possibility of a motorcyclist taking out another motorcyclist head on. There's the potential for four deaths right there.

You guys are strange.. I think crashing as a whole is something you should just plain avoid, rather than talking semantics. ;/

XX is better than YY, some people need to get their head out of the sand imo, it's all tragic. Katman is a cockjuggler and goes about it *entirely* the wrong way, but he has a point.

Funny--the group rides I've been on lately have been "packs" of motorbikes.
But on the whole riding at or about the speed limit.
I must ride with different KBers than you lot
