You'd probably be able to pick up a pretty tidy ZX9R for that money. And closer to a 2000 model too. Dam good all round bikes, with loads of power, well under rated bikes and I don't know why. Great for touring (300+kms on a tank), cruising, commuting, wheeling, or just going balls out! I knew of a mint 98 model going for 6500 a few months back with lots of after market bling and low kms. Could try and see if he's still wanting to sell it.

What ever ya buy. Good luck dude

Looks good, but would have to have a "wrist test"

    What she says. ^^^^^^^^^
The RF compares pretty well with the 1100kwakka in my opinion.
Do get it set up well and all will be good in your world.

Yep, one of them. Ive owned a couple and regret selling my 1st one

If you get a chance to test ride one then go for it. I bet dealers are still asking minger dosh for them though. Private purchase would be much cheaper. Sold my 98 for $4000 but the kms were up there.

Pace wise....mine was clocked at the sprints flying 1/4 at 273KPH......not bad for an old nail eh , and still slowly ticking up on the speedo as we went through the beams.

Having owned a ZX-11 for 4 years, I'm constantly looking at ZX-9's (and 12's). Owned many Suzuki's, since buying the 11 (first Kwaka) I'll not change colours in a hurry.

Have to pay of the Missus's dog-mobile first though (security on loan).

I have the GS and love it.
114k is low mileage for one of these.

ahhh... Suzi... my first mounting a Suzi I got half way down the road before I realised it was in MPH and I was 60... I put the kwaka into submission I have a thirst for them...

Now that is nice, but the amount of time I spend telling my co-workers how many bmw's there are on the shore compared to west.... ....then theres the frequent comments on needing a corgi under your arm just to drink coffee at a café...

...I am fond of them though.... *sigh* nice find!
