Agree, although not having riden the 1050 they are apparantly an amazing motor! The 955i is pretty good, but these are a real step up. I sat on the 08 model and it felt very nicely balanced, quite big though.

Multistrada???Rather harsh but I hear what you're saying. Problem is when it comes to test riding time, most of the bikes I like are too big for my short-arse stature-so unless it is already lowered, I can only go by the setup of everything else. I will probably get them to bring a couple home and stand on some hay bales-that way I can have a ride around without getting too cosy with the town traffic.
Couple months to go yet but I am on the lookout. It may turn out that I will stick to the road....but keeping all options open.
Tigers are nice too Sarge and look kind of mean-but they seem a little top heavy with that huge tank (could be just imagining it
) when you sit on them. The Buell felt really balanced and weight seemed lower IMO.
