Just quietly, that is getting harder to do. Some councils are getting testing done for poisons.
They are also looking for holes drilled in the trunks. At least remove a bit of bark and put the hole poison in, then replace the bark again!
A workmate is getting the 3rd degree because he has had some trees cut down by an arborist.

I reckon that the pyramids are of a better build quality than either brand.

However, both weight and technology is comparable between all three

If you look at the sphinx you can see the result of a "renovation" that happened in the early 1900's. Thankfully someone stopped it! Oh and the Turks shot a bit of it's nose off!

They're the world's first pyramid scheme, the last guy at the top is still waiting to make his money 5,000 years later.

Consider the logistics, even using slave labour, a dead slave is no use are they?
So you need an army of slaves, an army of people to keep the slaves in line and an amy of people to provide the necessities of life.
So you hew the rock, and put it on log rollers - where are the logs? What stopped the logs sinking into the sand?
I could go on and on (I know, I know) but fucked if I can comprehend that they could have been built by humans using manual labour, at least within the life span of a Pharaoh.

Wouldn't have been that difficult... They are sitting just off highway 10 going Sou'west outta Cairo.

Oh, and the Nile isn't too far away either.

But indeed, it is pretty much incredible that they managed to build those. However, consider the infrastructure of the Roman empire, gothic cathedrals and the dome on St. Peter's Basilica. It would appear that there have always been clever and industrious people around...
