Made it along, boy it's getting cold out there at night now! Wrapped up little boy well and plodded along, really glad I did! Thankful that I didn't have to travel as far as one of our esteemed guests!

Thanks all for the laughter, everyone was firing on all cylinders tonight.
Never knew doing an oil change could be so much fun. Nice gloves, anatomy lesson rocked, bit of difficulty with the screwing initially but got it finally and hardly any mess afterwards.

Was almost scared to leave with everyone watching.

Thanks Wayne for staying around after work and providing a place to get together - great pizza - thank you also to whoever got that ~

Have a good week all, and stay warm!

All went pretty well I thought! Didn't get m'self slapped - must try harder!

Oil change went pretty smoothly, no hiccups, apart from the pesky oil filter being very tight of course. Still, once I got it off (that's a handy tool you've got there wofman ), no other hitches, so it's all good I reckon weshould maybe do another oil change demo on a naked bike sometime - I think it wasn't very easy for people to see what I was doing when I was down there, unscrewing things and doing then back up again... heck, hard enough to see things myself!

Still, all around good evening, good pizza, bit of talking crap...

if you guys are really bored, try fitting a H.I.D fullbeam to someones bike. If you have a Hyo, I can give you full instructions and pics on how to do it. You will spend $75 per bike (H1 fullbeam only - all you need) kit available on trademe ($150 - does two bikes). A very interesting and rewarding mod. Takes about an hour, maybe 2 if you fudge something up.

Sorry I missed posting that I would not attend, going to miss the next one to I think unfortunately, re doing the kitchen at home so its keeping me very busy.

On another note still waiting to hear from the insurance company re the Duke but... things are not looking good by all counts, seems the head tubing was torn not a pretty thing to have and makes me wonder if this could happen should the bike have fallen off the stand.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.
