On the ATNR there were two officers in the silver hyandai. One was the guy who did me for speeding and I lost my license in Feb this year. I mistook him for the cunt who gave me a ticket for my #plate but was wrong. The reason I remembered him was he was the guy I overtook at 165kph and lost my license to. Fair 'cop' and I was speeding and deserved the infringement (Even though a warning would have been sufficient considering I was following him for well over 10ks at 100kph so it was a short wee squirt and I slowed down again, then he caught up and gave me the ticket).

Anyway, on the ATNR he mentioned my plate to me and that was the reason he pulled me over. He didn't give me a ticket for it and I told him I was going to court over it for another ticket I received. He said he would find the rules and regs and contact me so I had all the info when I went to court. Good bloke IMO even if he is a bit pedantic over the whole 'speed kills' scenario. He gave me his card and his name is (name removed by Moderator). He told me he often gets confused with 6pb's ginger (name removed) and was extremely expressive about ensuring I understood that he was not him. The driver next to him in this instance however was being a twat. He came screaming up behind me with lights on full (which is interesting considering the tickets he issued that night) and overtook me at a speed in excess of 120kph - i guesstimate about 130kph)... I will write a letter complaining about this as it was a clear case of bad driving.

Now as for the wanker that gave me the ticket for the #plate and no rear facing red reflector (see here) - his officer # is HJH344 (HJ--do you think its possible... (name removed by moderator) ???? )

Bloody Hell. We now appear to have *THREE* gingas! ACD868 , HJH344 , and E990 (which doesn't look right for a badge number) . Shit, it's a pandemic.

Which one is THE ginga? Or are they all as bad as each other?

ACD 868 is the one that harassed the atnr this week. He is the one doing 130km/h to chase someone doing legal speeds with no red and blues flashing. Also the one to blind me with his lights and spotlights when tailgating me through twisty section then over taking me on a blind corner.
And tailgating riders to ... I dunno make them go faster?

Mind you it seems interesting that after a two or three kilometre straight he was nowhere to be seen but in an instant he was behind me. And he was seen at the start of the straight too. Must have gone warp speed to catch up!

Good luck with this. I had a undercover cop following right up my ass a lil while back (i was in a car) This was on suburban streets in the afternoon (re litlle kids running around), if i had of jammed on the breaks if a kid ran out or something he would had have been screwed (my upgraded breaks, tires and lightish ie 1 ton car, VS his heavy commyhore) I dont care, cop or no cop, tailgating like that is just dangerous and stupid
