If he wants to be a punk and try and entrap bikers why not try and turn it around on him, get some guys in a car (why a car, you can use a decent video recorder with a higher pixel count for better picture) to follow behind the last bike (before he gets the chance too) make sure they have a video camera, go a bit slower than the bikes round some twisties, speed up to 109 on the straights, if he passes on the straights with no flashing lights hes speeding and you have it on camera (admitidly wont do that much),but if your following him on the twisties and film his driving with the brakes locking up etc, *555 him for reckless driving, could even mention the way hes driving it the vehicle could be stolen hehe, and you have video evidence of it..... may go some way in proving his methods are dangerous.

I have suggested much the same thing in an earlier post. If this cop is going to be nailed you need evidence to support any kind of complaint. It takes time to do these things and a will to carry it out.
And 'discipline' not to break the law in any way.

someone I know personally very well met Andy last year who pulled him over on the motorway heading north (orewa) for doing 122kmph. Fair call he got ticketed for it (he had an international lisence at the time, which he was ticked on). Also got a ticket similar to Biggles08 for a relocated perfectly visible number plate.

14 days later same cop (Andy ACD...) pulles him over again. This time recognises him as the guy he ticketed last fortnight and asks for lisence. When questioned with why he was being pulled over as he wasnt speeding here were Andy's exact words " I pull over all motorcycles, they evade the law and don't have lisences or Regos".

Anyway he shows Andy his lisence and Andy says this is an international lisence and I deem it not legal. Here's $400 for it. When protesting Andy said what are you protesting the ticket? would you like another ticket??

4 months later and in court. Andy does not show up. The appointed barrister looks at the non-speeding tickets and has a chuckle. Later on in court the judge books him for the 122 charge and corresponding demerits and fine, but whiffs away the other bs charges.

Tell me this how can someone be charged with not holding a legal lisence, when just 14 days ago it was legal enough to base the ticket on? Is this a matter of convenience?

OK. Thyat (the international licence bit) is what is needed. Get enough people willing to sign a complaint to the Whitewash Authority about such stuff and it might stick.

One of my complaints has to be how he referred to the late Rayza.

Ginger took our licenses last year, and when he got me this year mentioned how he wasnt suprised that the idiot who 'dangerously' overtook him that night has wound up dead.

I couldnt quote, but just wanted to smash the cunt.

I have also been bribed. last time he got me, he was generally just being a cunt. I overtook a car, on double yellows, in the wet at 130 - now on paper thats got dangerous driving written all over in, in reality I could see a good 100m - and basically anything i said that he didnt like, would discuss outloud with his pally of how dangerous the manevour (sp) and how i should really be charged with it.

just to get this straight, we are talking about the same guy - about 6-6'2, ginger/brown short hair with a goaty. speaks in a superior-matter-of-fact sort of way.

thats who i refer to as ginga.

    I have a plan.

Someone somehow tip said copper off about the ride this week, so we make sure hes there, following from westgate preferably.

Then proceed to do said ride at 50kph. all the way.

Then when he tickets us for riding too slowly or some shit like that, all go and appeal, as we were too scared to ride at the speed limit with that dangerous cunt around.

I guess its only a matter of time before he picks on a guy who is having a bad day, who then decides to give the ginga a 'bad day.'

Exactly. What goes around, comes around....
All talk of how to 'get' this prick should be taken to a sub-forum that he can't access. The best defence is a good offence, and the most effective attacks are the ones that weren't seen coming. Or where the attackee is busy looking in one direction, whilst....BOOM!!
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Please, for the love of god if you succeed, don't have him transferred There's a chance Wellington may be tainted by his evil wrath.

This has been an interesting read and exciting to follow. I hope he gets what he deserves.

    Good Luck!

Methinks that one trip up the 'takas will see him 'right'. No prisoners up there.

Now - I dont know Rayza - or how he died - so I'm saying this as politely as possible.

I've seen many, many bikers on the road who I believe will end up killing themselves on the road with their riding.

Possibly - he feels the same way. In this case he may have been correct.

Whilst its not nice, (and he probably should not have said that to a stranger hes ticketing) but we do need to look at ourselves also.

He is not saying anything new there that most of us haven't said about other bikers ourselves.

So you're riding in the wet at 130, overtaking on double yellows and HE's the one being the cunt?

Again - if a copper is being unreasonable and targeting bikers - then all power to any and all who can make complaints and get him sanctioned (or whatever they do).

BUT blaming him for shit like the above is just stupid. That's YOUR fault - stand up and take some ownership.
