GET SOME!!!

Just finished having a massive feed here at our super duper secret location. Too much good food and cold beer, struggled to move from my seat

The bodies are sore, but the biker spirits are soaring. Sooooo many good times had so far, and still a whole 'nother 12 or so hour day of riding to go!
I think we have some new GN feats to outdo even you Chocco!

Lavaa took his GN up ninety mile beach, then plowed up the river at full speed. Got a couple of good photo's that'd put the shotover jet to shame!

Many stupid photo's and videos to follow upon our return, but now it's time for another beer and some relaxation in preparation for another grand day!

Awww man. I wish I could've tagged along. Even on a learners, i'd still be able to keep up with you guys by the sounds! Ha ha.

poor justin popped his piston so pipi made it on the back of the truck but his morning bin proved to be a laugh when we heard about it

Weather permitting (or not, I'm strange and like riding in the rain ;/) I'll be escorting Donor in his cage and then heave poor pippi (poor, poor pippi) into the trunk. We're leaving at 9am from his house and heading to Whangarei .. as far as I know anyway !

nice to read you guys are making good ground. I was wanting to ride up and meet you but gotta work.

Anyhow, I'm glad you having balls of fun and will look forward to pics annd videos and stories

Thank heavens for self control - got the SOS text just as the beers were flowing, so it's off to bed shortly, then a trip to Whangarei tomorrow morning.

Correct, arrived back in Whanga's at about 5.15 and shoved Pippi into a trailer so she could continue the trek! The other 5 had gone down the Darg- Maungaturoto track so would have been in approx Maungaturoto at that time. LOTS of fun had by all and will post photies later.

Home!!

That was an AWESOME trip, thanks to Big Dog and Fireball for organising it!

Highlights:
Riding up 90 Mile Beach
Riding up Te Paki Stream
Average moving speed of under 50km/h over the three days

Seeing a LONG chain of car headlights behind us coming back from Wellsford -> Auckland

I think I need a dirt bike or dual purpose bike next... I wanna ride Te Paki Stream again!!

Well I gots homes around 2100hrs and Pippi is being nursed by Daisy ..

What an experience! 'Twas awesome, am tired (this will be a shock for those who know what I am like

)

Donor and zeocen met Laava and his partner up in Whangarei and we loaded Pippi into the trailer. Stopped off in Orewa at the golden arches for the major food grouping of fat, sugar and salts.

I rung the olds to inform I was safely home (I think mum got the jitters when Donor turned up to take the bucket o'tiedowns) and then Jeaves to see how he was after his unfortunate incident with a cage.

Guess I will have to do a proper write-up later on as there is gear to sort out and other things!

Donor and I were trying to spot the crew riding back home, but it appears we got ahead of them?
