i am yet to see the bike but he tells me its in good working order

and im trying to convince LilSel to sell her ZZR250 too now that bike is a beaut good condition and hasnt been thrashed at all
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.

What sort of $$ are either of them after? Could be keen, but I'm an engineering student so I'm limited in terms of what I can spend (not working this year - damn 4th year - relying on savings + studylink ).

Ok, I just bought that GPX250. I'm tired of checking out dropped/thrashed cbr/zxr/fzrs - this one has original paintwork and has never been dropped as far as I can tell. There are no scuffs on the side of the handlebars or scratches on the fairings. Rather ridiculous in the 250cc market these days. Plus it was a fair bit cheaper than most I4s, so I'm not complaining.

Now my helmet/gloves/jacket just have to arrive

Seen as it's a parallel twin, it should be cheaper than the sort after inline 4's.

Good stuff too, will be seeing ya on some rides soon no doubt

if kyle's good with it, we can always head out later... haha, may catch a link to motomail... or steal a helmet from somewhere and hop on board kyles new beauty.(haha.. all assuming he'll let me, he'll be there, and he'll be there with his bike...)

no scooter... hah! no way n hell im gonna be caught dead on a scooter... never!!! haha... evil little contraptions.. (my sister's sayin she wants me to buy a scooter instead of a bike.... - note, she's apparently gonna sponsor ~2g for my bike.... so, she's got a fair say.... not that it'll ever get one, and she knows it.... )..... budget's been fluctuating lately tho, as she's just had a minor accident, and will be forking out repair money for that.... most likely meaning it'll cut the sponsorship money.... - to the 4.5 budget.... i'm now in the more realistic 2.5-3 range for first bikes....(that's normal, right?)

haha, for now, i'm on the bus (have been for long enough!! .. time for my bike!)

haven't eliminated the prospect of a naked... haha, but will obviously have preference for a faired one.. just my personal bias i guess... but i did take a look at your list of to-do's on your ginnyxer250r(did i get that right)... impressive stuff. haha... the neons would spice it up shit loads if everything else doesn't already!

Ah I see, you said you wanna scoot across shore, so I thought you got it.. I got Medium size spare helmet if you wanna borrow? It looks new, but not sure if its works ok... random guy in KB just gave it to me coz it was too big for him or something... In case anything happens I can't take responsibility for it!

Neon is andrew's idea, tbh I hate "sports compact" stuff... Americans have no taste what so ever...

She need clip-ons! and Bikini fairing!!

haha... my bad... i officially change it from scoot to shoot.... (i'll say it was a typo).. haha... the helmet'd be bid, bu i'm pillion, so it woldn't be tht big a deal(would it???) haha... americans are hopeless with taste... but then, u gotta admit, even if it's the american games that have all the silly extra do-ups, it's the japs that actually do it (... then again, most of the time, they pull it off as well... so i dunno...)... haha... bikini fairing eh.... haha, i'll prob be on paint trying to get a vague idea of what that'd look like....haha.... nice!

haha... u mean, from location to location (bus)... or with regard to study (poorly)... distractions aside.. it's just so boring, nothing's stickin.... but, after teh exams... haha... that i can't wait for... so i'm looking foreward to the papers i guess... got some time still, so if i can get myself to avoid the net for periods off longer than 1 hour... then i'd be progressing as well.... bikes... they're a gift and a curse.. it's an addiction! haha..(i like!)

hell ya... fully agree with u there man!!! haha, for example, catroons..i swear, things like gijoes aint got shit on the japanime! (big fan man... name it, and chances are, i've seen it or it's on the to see).... haha... but americans can pull off some things. their choppers are ok, but the the muscle cars are where they shine... (oldschool stuff tho)... their new things have lost the flare.

dude!... teach me japanese! i wanna make a trip there at some point in time, if note before my grad, then def in the first year after grad..... haha... where abouts u from (in japan)
