NOTE: Just so there's no confusion..."250cc and more" means anything over 250cc, therefore not legal for learners/restricted. "250cc and less" includes 250cc and anything under that.

On the last day of the March Hare, a friend and myself were having breakfast by the mess hall. There was 30 people there at a guess all quietly suffering over breakfastwhen this guy came up and asked really loudly "who has their full bike license here"?
I was a little shocked to find that it was only myself and one other that put their hand up(and yes everyone had heard). One guy in the back said "whats a license?!?" and "Who needs them". Admittedly it was funny!
Probably only months before I was riding a 750 on a restricted license!
