Motorcycle valeting?

Okay when i give my bike a "good" clean it can take me up to 2-3hours, getting every lil bit of it polished ect and i will do this at least once a month more if it constantly being ridden in the rain.

Any one that has seen my bike can vouch how clean I keep it.

$70 spent in Repco, (ouch), 4 hours outside, 6 cloths, 1 hose, 1 unhappy wife but 1 clean bike, just wish picked up my PM's on KB first.
Nice to see here so shiny but all that sun today can't help thinking i missed out on some serious riding!! Ah well back to work tomorrow and chances are it'll f****ing rain on my next days off

There is nothing like a sunny Sunday in the backyard with a 1/2 doz cold ones cleaning the bike.

Dirt bikes: CRC the whole bike BEFORE racing, then hose off.

But I know your pain, petrol prices are so high might have to stop riding it one day a week and just clean it.

I have been thinking of such a venture just like this in Christchurch.

So I guess now might as well be as good of time to see if it would take off.

Service's would include :

• Degrease
• Wash
• Dry
• Polish
• Chrome polishing
• Tyre silicone
• Chain lube

Whatever you want really.

Maybe we could offer a pick up/drop off service (for an additional charge)

Can only offer Saturday or Sunday cleans. Price by negotiation but would be around the $120 mark.

So give us your GRUBBY DIRTY bikes and have them back in showroom condition

nar it takes all morning to clean a bike properly. Its a massive job getting in every little fucking gap, grr. I quite enjoy it though and I'd do someones bike for a hundy - it would be CLEAN though, and NO spray on silicon crap, ugh that stuff is disgusting and smells like shit too.

Clean everything PROPERLY including wheels so it looks original, suds up, chamoi dry, Ice to finish. A huge job, but will make very part of your bike look like new.

I would much rather ride my bike than spend all day cleaning it. I can get my Car valeted, a good shiny clean car for less than a $100, so why won't anyone do my bike?? Does anyone know a bike valet service anywhere?? I do enjoy doing it myself but too much time in the garage gives me earache from the Mrs so it would be handy to know if there are any services in Auckland???
