I agree about the road temp,still very cold,done old north road to puhoi and back,one of us got pulled up on the way,got a speeding ticket and the cop said alot of bikes crashing that day so far and they were pulling them over frequently .Really sux to hear bout fatals.

Condolances to all. I take my son on the back of the beemer as much as I can, and having a bike vs car would be beyond bad. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for the young fella.

Hmm, as far as I'm aware no blame has been attributed to the accident yet - it would be wise to avoid rumours and accusations until the police investigation is released.

I was going through there with an accomplice and heard the fire station sirens spooling up as we went through kawakawa, millions of bikes out. Figured it was the herd of fukn gixxers we came acros round a corner on the wrong side of the road in a short straight further up.. about 3 deep :/?? wtf. Being tossers through the cagers (i'm saying that hypocritically - we all have every now and then) but they looked a little too naughty for their own good ah well.
Tyre shredding fun for all and a good blast i've been missing and ain't done for a while ^_^
