I'll bring Betty down next month if I can scrape together the cash for the trip. Be good to get a few runs in for something to compare against once I start getting some tuning done on her.

What's the story with licences? I'll still be on a suspension when the sprints are run (which shouldn't matter as it's on a closed road, right?) - does that mean I need to go get an MNZ licence beforehand or summat?

I have heard that there will be no sprints in Sept this year. I could be wrong though.....

Some events on closed public roads still require a current licence

Wasn't the strap-on getting in the way?

Anyway how about you using that bike and see if you can beat your man's record (and your Fizzer's) on it. Or do you need a few beers as a prize for incentive?
    Cheers
