most of them are ok when they arn't criming at you ...
He who makes a beast out of himself
Gets rid of the pain of being a man
No, it's not. That is just a middle class cringe. And one which I find personally insulting. I grew up in a home that was genuinely economically deprived, to an extent unimaginable to you. Even then we were not as poor as some people of the older generation. Until you have seen your own mother fallen asleep at her sewing machine after working at it for 48 hours straight; or watch a widow lady trudge 6 miles through the rain, on foot, to deliver the cakes she has baked to sell to the home cookery - her ONLY source of income. Or watched an aunt boiling flour sacks to bleach them to make clothes; until you know whereof you speak, do not patronise people who really know what "deprivation" is.
We literally sometimes did not have food on the table. But not one of my family has ever "come to the attention" of the law. My parents made colossal sacrifices to see that we got an education and kept on the straight and narrow. To glibly assert that "deprivation" is a justification for shirking and bludging and parasitism is an insult to them.
Some may. Honest folk don't. And I could introduce you to dozens of people known to me who are far poorer than those complained of here (they certainly don't have enough money for paint ball guns, let alone cars), who would totally reject such a suggestion.People who lack the necessary economic wherewithal will often resort to alternative measures to close the gap between themselves and the "haves".
Perhaps they are overrepresented because they commit more crime?
Buying a big fence, burglar alarm and a gun is not the answer. And taking cheap shots at the various ethic groups who are overrepresented in our crime statistics
What glib insulting middle class codswallop. No matter WHO a persons parents are, they are the ones who make the decision to either be a contributing member of society, or a parasite.does nothing to solve the problem either. People have no choice as to who their parents are.
It's not. And the best way to stop being a member of an underpriviledged minority is hard honest work. An option which is available to everyone. No matter who their parents are.It can't be much fun being a member of an underprivileged minority that is often the butt of redneck jokes.

You do realise how much money scum gets when on the dole? Paying them hasn;t helped any has it. Noooo000 it's just getting worse.
A persons status in life is as poor excuse as "I was beaten as a baby thats why I was smashing windows then beat to death a person" fuck people like you are whats wrong with this country.
Well, this has got fantastically off topic...
Devil, you responded in the best way, well done![]()

I reckon that's covered under prejudice.
Ah hah, I see. But I've been pondering it and I guess the BIG question (for me) is: is it helpful to society as a whole? The simple answer: No.
Racism and prejudice aren't helpful and positive, agreeing with racist stereotypes (when looking at the BIG picture) actually contribute negatively overall. It's not the only thing but it's 1 of the biggies I reckon.
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.
You've made some interesting points there and I reeeally need to get to work but, I felt very strongly I had to respond to this concept that you (and a couple of others) made.
I meet kids (mostly under the age of 10) most days of the week whose lives are being messed up because of their parents bad choices/actions/decisions (or just general tragic circumstances) and the consequence of being a kid whose parents are majorly incompetent generally means you'll a less productive member of society. It's not simple as "making a choice" because some kids don't know there is a choice they can make for a start off and have no-one in their life that gives a shit. Having crap parents definitely highly increases your chances of being in those negative stats or a "parasite". There are always exceptions to the rule - which is the great thing of course!
It comes back to life being shades of grey rather than black and white with 1 size fitting all. Face it people - life is very complicated!

If the New Zealand Justice System can't put away a MURDERER .. ummm.. how would they put away a PAINTBALLER ???
That is pretty low though eh Devil .. maybe it was just a group of guys trying to have some fun at someone elses expense .. although I think streaking through traffic would have been funnier! No .. actually streaking through traffic with a pineapple tied to his bits would of been even funnier! hahahahaha
Hope you can get the paint out of your backpack![]()
What a crummy thing to do to a motorcyclist! Let us know if the cops ever catch up with these ratbags, Devil. I hope they get more than the usual slap on the wrist.
Only people that I've personally known who've done this are whities... Darkies, Whities, Jews, Spics, Crackers, Wops... all people are equally shit.
