jrandom is not quite old enough to be a born again anything really. Just a slip of a lad who is gonna come down here and give this old fart the learn on a pushie ('cept mine is all handbuilt European stuff and his will prolly be a made in Taiwan frame with Japanese cmomponentry on it!).

Although I haven't been as active on a pushbike as once I was the sheer weight of miles that I did on racing bikes (pushies) means that I am attuned to a VERY forward leaning posture (Backside about 15cm higher than my hands). I find sports bikes (with engines) VERY upright. My wife used to have a GSX750F and I felt it was like sitting on a sofa it was so laid back...put too much weight on the base of my spine. Only rode it occasionally.

The trick to sportsbikes is to use your abdominal muscles to support and move your upper body. I don't put much weight on my wrists at all, even on long trips.
In space, no one can smell your fart.

Haha well that WAS a well kept secret !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Does masturbation count???

To be honest, Im a firm believer in 'your born with x number of heart beats'... why do ANYTHING that will speed them up?

Masturbation? Well if you alternate hands at least you'll develop balanced forearm muscles?

As for the comment about limited heartbeats...All I can say (in relation to getting jiggy with it at least) I'm here for a good time not a long time honey

I find that skateboarding keeps me quite fit, though the older you get, the longer the injuries take to heal.

How old is the oldest skateboarder you know.
I always found that My skateboarding entailed me sitting on the ground. Rollerblades are on order for Xmas.

Nah, as long as you're right handed you are developing the throttle wrist well - that's the important one!

Choices: Drop a bike and pick up a beast or Don't drop it and pick up a chick. My pick would be to excercise the thighs not the abs and pick up the chick rather than take the fall with the beast.
