what a ride so far!!!!
Oh, so sorry to hear of your accident. Rest up and I hope you heal well and quickly.
Heal quickly and enjoy the pain killers
The world will look up and shout "Save Us!", and I'll whisper "no"
Sorry to hear about the accident, the ribs will probably be the sorest part, I know every time I crack mine it hurts for months
I'm about to go down the brake and suspension road with a Brembo 4 pot conversion on the MHR but using the stock discs for a start as it's an easy conversion
If I can find a 280-300mm floating disc that will "bolt on" I'll also look at doing that, and I have a AP racing adjustable m/c to go on
Robert Taylor is building me some rear Ohlins shocks at the moment and are going to have him do the front end with emulators and different springs
haven't met you but every downed biker is a mate, Sounds sounds like a bad one. Sorry to hear it and hope you heal up quickly.
Thank God that sort of failure is a rarity.... must have happened in the blink of an eye.
Everyone has an opinion.. mine can be found here Riding Articles
Hope you and the bevel are back on the road again soon.? Did you happen to visit Karamea with DOCNZ on there Turismo 2007
I have told we can the beast on the road easily, cosmetics.....meh later.
Thanks for the links and suggestions, we will ponder the final soloution, havn't been to any DOCNZ stuff, really should get out and play with others, and yes it happened in a blink, slammed onto face and left shoulder..........grrrrr want to ride
Hey It's Mr Nice Guy
Blimey mate, sounds a real nasty cough up,
Get well soon.....
....and always make sure you make time for pies...
when i finished racing my '87 CBR600, we noticed that every second drilled hole in both front discs was cracked across to the next hole.
i bought new ones for the new owner.
dikfad'n is a hard man, he treats his bikes the way they yearn to be treated and i reckon, like me, he breaks or wears out lots of parts.
Hey dikfad'n,
you're welcome to a motard ride when you're better; i currently have a spare.
you might want to cross over after though................come to the orange side.......
ha! ha! that'd go down well at the hondog shop eh! perhpas if you threaten to buy a Katoom, the boss'll do a stupid deal on a crf450 or summit.
I reckon 'tard bikes sell when road riders get their arses kicked by em.
you could drop bsiness cards in your wake mate!
