never could understand this current trend for short stubby forks

A lot of cruiser riders are short & stubby so they get the forks to match

Had a M109 a couple of years ago. Continuiously was scraping heels on the deck. Lowered it a couple of inches for a bit of visual appeal but as far as handling goes was a complete waste of time. What was I thinking. Sold it and bought a XB12 Buell. Was a bit of a contrast really......

yep, well now am 6ft and weigh about 13 stone, have changed few things on me shadow, like mustang vintage wide 2 piece seat, iso-wings, put NC paladin crash bars on, and just bought 2inch risers,
oh yea and different tyres went from stock bridgestone 160's to pirelli route66 170 on the back, much better ride, and better handling. front tyre is route66 but stock size. reckon gotten used to scraping cos dont cause no fuss now
