riding down a big hill at pace 57 km and the bastard left the road closed barrier accross the road. Its normally open when i go to work. Saw it too late and 1 helecopter ride later and 6 weeks off work i'm might be ok.

Ha Dunc i'm on about 10 months of no smoking still get the urg now and then but you get that i guess.

Dont sweat it mate. I smoked for 13 odd years. It took me 4 goes to kick it. The final successful time I tried was relatively easy due to the fact I was just so fucken over it. I dryreached on my last fag and couldnt even finish it!
