Do we have an update on his condition?

I mean, is he out of the woods yet?

The cop is a KB member, he'll smile when he gets out of hospital and reads all this tripe.

FYI, the bike lost its forks, and is written off. It's way munted.

The rider received a deep, nasty wound to his leg, but the safety gear the Police wear saved his hide from a whole lot of grief.

Tomorrow I'll be sorting through his riding gear. It was cut off him by the hospital staff. There goes $4.5K, bugger, but I'm glad he was wearing it all.

The skills the gendarme riders have meant the followers avoided the whole calamity, maybe we can learn from that. The rider will be in hospital for a while yet, and convalescing for quite a while after that. But that's cool, we get to have a beer with him, when maybe we could have been at his funeral.

Actually, I think he doesn't drink beer. But I do.

So the tree had a branch that was forked and the bike was forked by a branch - or was it trunk-cated

    Perhaps it was pollarded?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Well, lumbered with us lot, I've think we are nailing most of the points - the trick is to see past the trees for the forest and then there will be no sown seeds of doubt.

The radiating glow of the members here on this site allows all viewpoints - even if it goes against the grain. A knotty web of half-truths and the usual floral adornment of words to that effect will leave us all crashing to the floor. When I log in it seems that people are sticking to it and contributing to the greenhouse gases via an electronic form ...

And then there are the humourous off coloured comments, which stain the threads ... I wooden have thought that so many puns and word plays could have sprouted so fecundly!
