Thinking about it, I think I did it today on another gravel road (sigh) as I checked the oil before I left and it was full (I did about 170Km after I left DeMouNTeD's). It sure aint now and there's oil all over the zorts. Wish I'd got the hole in the guard fixed straight away though.
Umm....I need a lovely assistant to help me get the thing off so I can take it to local alloy shop to (hopefully) get it fixed.
