i reckon you should

1. tell her how it is, "you owe me money"

2. forget her, tell her parents "she owes me money"

3. hit up fair go "bitch owes me money"

4. pretend to not care anymore, root her, then blackmail her with nude photos

either way, dont let her get away with murder cause of work, your friends etc, if it had of been a dude you dont like, would you be beating around the bush like this ???

This is obviously too hard for a couple of 16YO Generation "I" kids to sort out, via txting and group huddles and apssing messages between the various social committees "and then she was like and I was like bla blah blah."

Get your Dad to call her Dad and sort it out.

Ouch, thats too bad about your bike bud, but you need to man up and call your insurance company to sort her out. If you don’t actually have any insurance then refer above and get your dad to call hers…. The longer you leave it the harder it will be to get sorted, in fact it may be getting a bit late now.

If so, that's the way to go. Insurance cos do not do the 'nicey nicey' thing. And that is what this little bitch needs to learn. She had her chance, and it's obvious she has no intention of playing fair.
Chances are that the parents will not be any better, but they are the only other option if there is no insurance on this bike.

I am insured however my excess is $730 so i dont know if its worth that. I will just get the old man to go round there and have a conversation with her parents about how it can be sorted out. My old man wont stuff around you can be assued

I do take onboard what you are saying about not leaving it too long also.

Since it's not your fault the insurance company should be chasing her up for the excess, and you pay nothing.
