    It's a sexist industry...

Interestingly, the salesguys in the shop tend to be pretty good, they're reasonable, and they make an effort. But I'm not a chick, and I'm pretty direct...

It's pretty shocking getting this sort of customer service.

It's usually a chain effect from the top, when management systems are flawed, the staff selection is usually rubbish, then you get poorly trained staff that giving you shit service.

I am making no judgement call here cuz I don't go to Holeshot. Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to fuck up all the good ones. Give me them another go, or at least give them a chance to explain themselves.

Sometimes things are shit because they have valid reasons but then again, it's up to you, the customer to make the call.

I think you'd be wanting to say that to jrandom - who is 'dating' stickchick, and not renegade master - who is not dating Stickchick.

FWIW i've always had a decent experience with Holeshot, whether it be promptly organising a test ride, or giving me factory parts at a discounted rate.

You're behind the fair. The reason Stickchick is hanging around MBB is that JRandom is dating Renegade Master.

Oh, shit, quite right. I blame the drugs I'm on, mostly the illegal drugs I'm on...

If one more person asks me if I'm having a family xmas, I'm seriously going to tell them to fuck off.

Your mother is very wise. Stick with the goat until you are older. Not only is the sex better, but the inlaws are much less trouble.

    Seconded.

    • Sales did me a great deal on my SM.
    • The parts guys are always helpful, and order stuff quickly.
    • Rob is a great help. Hes currently working in Parts, but I found the south african guy called Mark very helpful (hes running workshop at current)
    • Everytime I get work done I get a loaner.
    • Everytime I get work done / service it always costs less than I expect to pay.

Old chinese proverb springs to mind ...

"Business treatment of customers is like giving out wooden chopsticks at dinner time, one does not know who will get the splintered sharp bit first!"

    This resolves nicely with :

"Satisfaction of customer only happens with happy ending, paid for in advance and usually with someone holding the sticky end"

    Rounding off with ;

"Happiness is when you are holding all the cards and the other idiot has bet his first daughter against your all conquering hand. Get in first before someone else does!"

Frank you, prease come again, try the flied lice next time! Ruck you!
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"

I wouldn't slag them off, may shop there again who knows?. I have purchased three bikes of them since 2004. Went back them earlier this year, wanted to trade the Sprint on the a Daytona they had, Jamie offered $7K as a trade, thats fine, they have there calculations I guess, but the offer was a litle insulting to be honest. I got $9K for it on trademe. Jamie suggested I sell it privately then go back and see them. Well, if I sell the bike privately, I will spent my money elsewhere, which I did. I think a saleman should be able to close a deal, any deal!!
